• Complimentary 45 min in person or zoom consultation

• Group chat with significant other through pregnancy

• Monthly zoom check ins

• One in person or zoom prenatal visit at or before 36-38 weeks

• Community support group gatherings (via zoom and in person)

• Birth plan prep (forms provided)

• 18 hours labor and birth support included (additional hourly rate applies after 18 hours).

• One 8 hour postpartum shift within the first month after birth (or two 4 hour shifts).
